No matter which version of the BrickWood Box you are building (Smoking or Non-Smoking), both versions require the  before you begin construction.  This package includes all the parts that are needed during the initial phase of construction.

Hitches - 304 Grade Stainless Steel Hitches lock the Stainless Steel Hitch Posts (not shown) into position for the Rotisserie, Dutch Oven Extension and some very exciting parts that are coming in the near future.  US & International Patents Pending.

Firebrick Guards - Extremely thick 304 Grade Stainless Steel Firebrick Guards protect the top layer of firebrick in the Upper Oven, but also allow the Griddles, Grills and Smoker Doors to easily slide along the width of the BrickWood Box.

Threaded Rods w/ Flat Washers and Nuts - 304 Grade Stainless Steel Threaded Rods and Hardware to mount the Hitches to the hearth slab.

Stainless Steel Fibers - Over 35,000 Stainless Steel Fibers in the BrickWood Box Hearth Slab work as miniature heat-conducting rebar.  Packaged in (7) easy-to-use 1lb bags.

Chrome Hitch Nuts & Chrome Washers - Decorative Chrome Acorn Nuts and Chrome Washers for your Hitches (installed once your oven is completely built)

High-Temperature Silicone Adhesive - We even include a handy Little Red Cap to prevent air from entering the tube between uses.
